Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Contact support@happypetzstore.com immediately. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at support@happypetzstore.com with your order number, item details, and photo proof (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as “Final Sale,” personalized items, or perishable goods are not eligible for returns.
